Creatively turn Grief, Fear, Anger, Shame and Loneliness into Giving, Learning, Mindfulness, Physical Activity and Connection.
This is a 2 day workshop (10am – 4pm) run at various times throughout the year over a either a two week period or two consecutive days.

2. Explore potential through reigniting your imagination
